CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN PROMO TOWEL OR TEAM SPIRIT TOWEL?  

Yes, you can create custom rally towels with a logo, graphics, text and/or colors you choose. We offer a FREE design for you to review or you can use your own design. Go to our CUSTOM RALLY TOWELS page to get started.

CAN I PUT A DESIGN ON THE BACK OF MY CUSTOM RALLY TOWEL?  

Our rally towels are printed on one side for convenience and to keep prices low for our fellow sports fans. The back side is typically a color that matches great with the design on front. 

HOW MANY COLORS CAN I USE IN MY DESIGN? 

We recommend keeping the color limit to 5 colors or less. Usually, the fewer the colors, the cleaner and better looking the design.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CREATE CUSTOM RALLY TOWELS AND WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?

WHAT IS THE LEAD-TIME TIME FOR AN ORDER OF CUSTOM RALLY TOWELS? 

Our lead time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the time you confirm your order.

Lead time can sometimes be affected by the quantity, design approval process, and factors outside of our control.

WHAT ARE YOUR SETUP CHARGES?

We ship within the USA.

Standard USPS rates apply. Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days once shipped. International shipping costs and times will vary by country. Paid expedited shipping is available at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR RALLY TOWELS INTERNATIONALLY?  

We currently ship within the United States.  

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON SWAG RAG RALLY TOWELS PURCHASED ONLINE AT THE OFFICIAL COMPANY WEBSITE? 

You may return an unused rally towel within 30 days of purchase minus $6 for shipping. Used or washed items will not be accepted. Custom Rally Towels are Non-Refundable.
